FOH Manager

Stowe Bee Bakery & Cafe is looking for a FOH manager. Friendly, upbeat, positive person. Must have FOH management cafe experience. Barista experience required as this position requires training new staff on espresso machine.

Duties include:

-Train new counter service employees & baristas

-FOH inventory ordering (paper goods & coffee)

-Keeping FOH and barista staff motivated, on track with side work, upbeat and involved with customer service

-Creating and managing FOH scheduling

-Keeping FOH neat and organized

-Liaison with kitchen for daily specials & 86ed items

-no late nights

-one weekend day off available

-comp meal
