Description Technology Company with Corporate Headquarters located in the Burlington is in search of a FP& A Manager. The FP& A Manager will report directly into the Vice President of FP& A in a high-level contributing role providing leadership of the FP& A function for all corporate, operations and strategic matters of a rapidly growing business segment. This position is critical to commercial FP& A teams and responsible for providing insightful analysis and reporting to help drive performance. Responsibilities include manage and forecast the budget process, annual operating plan, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, management reporting and analysis of business results pertaining to billings, EBITDA, CapEx ROI, and operating cash flow. Also, will be involved developing appropriate reporting/dashboards to provide visibility into trends, pricing performance and other key business KPIs. This position works closely with the VP and CFO preparing business presentations to the Board of Directors, management team and external stakeholders. BS/BA degree in finance or accounting, MBA a plus, with at least 7+ years of relevant financial experience in a hi-tech environment preferred. The ideal candidate will have proven financial modeling and database skills, strong PC skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Access), and strong attention to detail with intensity around producing high quality products and meeting deadlines. Must possess strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills as well.
