FT Prep-Dish $20/hour, good schedule

The Gryphon is LF a FT position for prep and dish. The schedule is as follows:

Thurs: 12-c (typically done by 11)

Fri-Sat: 12-c (typically done by Midnight)

Sun: 5-c (typically done by 11pm)

This equates to 40-42 hours weekly. Pay is bi-weekly on Friday. So, this job can make a real difference for your budget, while allowing for 3 1/2 days off (Mon-Wed and Sun until 5pm)

We are a small, clean, and organized kitchen. Our dish area is very manageable. Must be willing to learn knife skills for specific prep tasks. We are looking for someone who wants to help when caught up.

A meal is included. PTO is negotiable if proven reliable and competent. And yes, this means paid vacations.
