Description We are searching for a Grants Manager to join a team in the Burlington, Vermont area. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and involves managing complex federal grants, using platforms like Deltek Vision, and conducting online research into federal grant requirements. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee complex federal grants. Use Deltek Vision for grant management effectively. Conduct detailed online research into federal grant requirements. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and document creation. Ensure accurate administration and management of government grants. Maintain detailed records of grant applications and their statuses. Resolve inquiries related to grants in a timely and effective manner. Monitor grant accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary. Prioritize tasks to ensure all grant deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members to improve grant management processes.Requirements Possess a deep understanding of federal and government grants. Proven experience in grant administration and management. Ability to interpret and implement grant guidelines and requirements. Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new funding opportunities. Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
