Casual fine dining team looking to add to its kitchen staff. Culinary degree or experience commensurate to 5 years saute/grill/managing a team. Some light butchering, making soups, sauces & pasta. Thursday through Monday evenings from noon or 1pm till closing. Must be a self starter a team leader, willing to work any position and train staff accordingly.
