Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead and oversee our custodial team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness standards are met, staff are scheduled and performing efficiently, and supplies are properly maintained.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise janitorial staff and assig daily cleaning duties

· Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards

· Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching

· Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed

· Communicate effectively with clients and management

· Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally

· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policy

Qualification:

· Experience in janitorial/housekeeping

· Prior supervisory or team lead experience

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to lead a team and work independently

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Able to lift 25lbs and perform physical tasks
