Local restaurant seeks an experienced and passionate member to join the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the head chef to

Oversee and supervise kitchen staff.

Assist with specials, menu planning, kitchen safety

Ensure high culinary standards are met.

Train and mentor kitchen staff.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Developing new dishes

Managing kitchen operations

Establishing working schedules

Tracking inventory and ordering supplies

Managing food costs

Overseeing inventory control

Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment

4 day work week, fridays and Saturdays are required
