$3,000 Sign On/Retention BonusThe LPN/ Medical Assistant is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing care/services to patients under the direction of a provider.Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Prior clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State licensed Practical Nursing License by date of employment required. BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
