Line Cook

The Filling Station is looking for a reliable, organized, clean and passionate cook to join our team. Minimum of 2 years of experience necessary in a from scratch or at the very least partially from scratch kitchen. This cook must have experience working on a flat top or fryer and be able to learn how to properly plate and roll sushi. Sushi experience is desirable but not a requirement. This person should have a growth mindset and come in ready to cook food properly, work towards autonomy, maintain a clean working station, be capable of writing prep lists and executing recipes with little instruction. Pay starts at $21 / hour and you will receive $2 / hour extra from tips, at a minimum. We are looking for someone willing to work at 30-40 hours a week. Growth within the company is a possibility as well.
