If so, this may be the right opportunity for you as a Location Planning Analyst!This role is an Analytical position responsible for creating region and store level class plans while supporting Location Planning strategies. Works closely with the Manager of Location Planning and the Location Planning team on store analysis and recommendations. Supports the Location Planning team with additional ad hoc reporting and analysis.This position has an impact on the Region/Location Planning process. This position will primarily interact with Location Planning leadership and Chain Planners. Responsible for driving annual business volume on an average of $175M, actively monitoring an average of $35M in sales.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the Business:Responsible for driving annual business volume on an average of $175M, actively monitoring an average of $35M in sales

Develops Pre-season and In-Season Region/Store plan at the class/month level

Updates class flow summaries (e.g. entry/exit dates for seasonal business)

Reviews system generated forecasts and analyzes history to identify sales opportunities and risks

Reviews and adjusts Season/Monthly regional sales

Makes plan recommendations to manager for assigned areas

Reviews, aligns and re-balances regions as necessary

Updates store exceptions and adjustments

Collaborates with New and Total Store team to align on location strategies

Partners with the Allocation team to drive the In-Season trending (changes to store count, updates to plan, etc.)

Analyzes regional sales trend, reviews forecast for additional opportunities and risks and works with manager to develop recommendations for plan change

Updates exceptions and working plan as necessary and submits for approval

Validates flow summaries and receipt flags

Collaborates with Planning partners to understand class and department level strategies

Reporting and Analysis:Regularly runs reports to support the Pre-Season and In-Season planning processes

Develops ad hoc reporting and conducts additional store/region planning analysis as directed

Our candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and prior experience in retail merchandising, allocations or planning environment.Skills and Abilities:Analytical skills
