As a National Performance Manager for CPM representing Samsung Digital Appliances team, this role will give you an opportunity to use your coaching, development and leadership skills to ensure our Samsung DA team meet their sales targets.  We are looking for a target driven, commercially aware team manager to drive Samsung sales, share of business and maximalise our return on investment.   £44k OTE, £40k + 10% performance related bonus (STC) + company carIdeal Location:  Nottingham, United Kingdom,NG1Full territory details: UK & IrelandTravel to our office in Thame (OX9) may be required twice a month, as well as travel to Egham.  The National Performance Manager will be responsible for:Leading, inspiring and motivate to achieve core KPIs, creating and implementing initiatives to drive sales target delivery, working in a collaborative wayProvide guidance and coaching to your team on HR, performance management and people managementAs a National Performance Manager, you will:Have experience of working with database reporting systems and analysing data to drive results and performanceBe a role-model for your team, always leading from the front in terms of performance, quality and complianceHands on leader – this is a field-based role where you will actively sell and demonstrate the sales strategy to coach and support team members, both new and existingDeliver results and develop brand advocacy via, maximising the ROI for your Region providing key commercial insights to the Samsung business to support strategy development and competitor analysisAbility to tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team members’ engagement and learningContinuous identification and sharing of market intelligence to ensure all opportunities are identified and grasped within the teamEnsure the team are always conducting compliant activity in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectationsAnalyse performance data to understand and identify where performance improvement can be driven, providing support and constructive feedback to the Team.Functional Responsibilities:Work with your Team to actively seek out and execute commercial intervention opportunities, maintaining and monitoring to demonstrate a positive upliftImplement plans and process efficiencies as required to build a high-performance sales culture throughout the teamRepresent CPM and Samsung in a consistently professional mannerRecruit, onboard, train, coach and develop your team managers as well as supporting them with Promoter recruitmentUndertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerWhat We’re Looking For: Proven track record in performance managing a team of field managers Strong ability to engage decision-makers & build rapport quickly Commercial awareness and ability to deliver compelling sales conversations Eye for detail with accurate data capture & reporting Full UK driving license (essential)Why work for us as a National Performance ManagerCompetitive basic pay + performance related bonusCompany vehicle & mileage28 days holiday including bank holidaysCompetitive basic pay + bonusCPM are an accredited Investors in People Gold award company and place great importance on the training and development of our people.
