Private Elementary School Seeking Assistant Director

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

-Strong empathy for educators, parents, and students

-Direct experience with education and schools

-At least four years of people management responsibilities

-Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent, empathetic communication in person and writing

-Demonstrated success with responsibilities that require detail-oriented execution and exceptional organization

-Good judgment on policy development and sensitive matters

-Strong organizational and process planning skills
