    This Program Manager (PM) role sits on the Innovation Delivery team within Operations at MVP. This individual is accountable for the execution and delivery of multiple strategic objectives for the organization. The PM will accomplish execution efforts by leading and managing cross-functional teams aligned to the strategic objectives and deploying foundational project management skills as guided by the Innovation Delivery Playbook. To influence and enhance the Playbook, the PM will perform retrospectives and engage in process improvements as we seek to grow and hone our skillset as a team.

    This individual must be comfortable establishing and leading cross-functional teams, working with internal and external stakeholders, and generating/reporting on Executive level summaries. In addition, the role will be responsible for tasking and milestone project plan development, detailed project documentation and follow up with project leads, project monitoring, risk mitigation, executive reporting on the health of the initiative, project communication plans, metric development and monitoring to ensure successful execution.

    Being deeply rooted in operational or strategic initiatives and partnership work efforts, this individual is responsible for ensuring the MVP core values are a key component to all our work efforts.     POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education:

    Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum Experience:
  • Three years' professional experience in a health-related environment or in Project Management role, can be substituted for a Master's Degree with internship in a related field
  • Prior experience with leading/facilitating cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, project management and/or business analysis background preferred
  • Experience with or exposure to Predictive Index, Lean and/or Agile/Scrum beneficial

    Required Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, effectively lead discussions, and prepare/deliver presentations for internal/external audiences
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment: a curiosity and eagerness to solve big challenges and ability to manage projects independently
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
  • Strong results-oriented team player with a passion for driving cross functional collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and follow through
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize work and resolve issues using sound judgment to improve processes and drive change
  • Skilled in decision making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation
  • Capable of transferring knowledge to existing staff
  • Experience in SharePoint, Power BI, and the Microsoft Suite required
  • Complies with company ethics policies

    Travel Anticipated

    This position requires overnight travel approximately 10 % of the time
