Are you a people person with strong organizational skills and an interest in sales? Fecteau Homes is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a dual-role position that combines reception duties with sales training and growth opportunities.

This position offers the perfect blend of administrative support and customer-facing responsibilities, with a clear pathway to advance into a rewarding sales career in the manufactured and modular home industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Reception & Office Support:

- Answer phones and greet customers with professionalism and warmth

- Organize and maintain lobby literature and marketing materials

- Produce marketing materials using Microsoft Office suite

- Provide administrative support for full-time sales consultants

- Handle general office tasks and correspondence

Sales Training & Development:

- Learn our product lines and sales processes

- Shadow experienced sales consultants

- Develop customer relationship skills

- Grow into an independent sales role with commission opportunities

Required Qualifications

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proficiency with computers and technology

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends

- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and other Office applications

- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience

- Interest in sales and career development
