Sitework Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operator Needed

Join Our Team as a Sitework Foreman!

MSI’s Trucking & Sitework division is seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead on-site teams, operate heavy equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise on-site crews, maintaining productivity and safety.

Operate heavy equipment as needed.

Plan and execute earthwork, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Manage project timelines, address changes promptly, and support team goals.

Conduct site inspections, coordinate resources, and maintain high-quality standards.

Support winter operations, including plowing as directed.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of supervisory experience in sitework operations.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with construction equipment and site drawings.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
