Sous chef needed to cover executive chef days off and help execute our grilled sandwich, hot plate lunch menu. All from scratch kitchen. Responsible for working with chefs to keep lunch prepped and stocked. Assist catering chef in preparing catering items & dinner to go entrees. Everything from scratch.
