Timber Framers and Apprentices

Winterwood Timber Frames is the leading custom timber frame company in Central Vermont. We build 6-10 homes and outbuildings each year, mostly within 1 hour of our shop. We often GC our projects which gives our crew members opportunities for diverse work.

Join our team of skilled craftspeople as a timber framer or apprentice and learn how to build in the traditional manner. Apprentices will need to make a two year commitment to the program. Basic carpentry skills helpful. Maintain high standards, be detail oriented, team player, efficient, self-motivated, flexible and good-natured. Heavy lifting, shop and site work, SIPS install, woodshop, finish work. We offer paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick time, annual bonuses and Worker's Comp. Send resume and letter of interest.
