Note: Hybrid position (2 days Remote and 3 days onsite in Reston, VA) The Account Manager will:
- Be responsible for business and lead generation in the area of IT Staff Augmentation with Public Sector Agencies.
- Map & scope target accounts.
- Act as the front-line customer relationship executive and build key partner relationships.
- Reach out to target clients & provide visibility on Powersolv offerings, experience & advantages.
- Cultivate client relationships & work towards gaining competitive advantage.
- Arrange meetings / video-calls with target clients.
- Develop reports, briefings, and other management materials to support Executive Management decision making.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience in the Information Technology / IT Staff Augmentation industry.
- Should have experience dealing with C Suite Decision Makers.
- Should possess strong capabilities in Account and Relationship Management
- Should be an enterprising person with strong aptitude for business generation.
- Must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
- Must possess experience dealing with the US market.
- Previous experience dealing with Public Sector Agencies in the USA.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
- M.B.A. or Master's degree (preferred)
