Note: Hybrid position (2 days Remote and 3 days onsite in Reston, VA) The Account Manager will:

  • Be responsible for business and lead generation in the area of IT Staff Augmentation with Public Sector Agencies.
  • Map & scope target accounts.
  • Act as the front-line customer relationship executive and build key partner relationships.
  • Reach out to target clients & provide visibility on Powersolv offerings, experience & advantages.
  • Cultivate client relationships & work towards gaining competitive advantage.
  • Arrange meetings / video-calls with target clients.
  • Develop reports, briefings, and other management materials to support Executive Management decision making.
Essentials:
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience in the Information Technology / IT Staff Augmentation industry.
  • Should have experience dealing with C Suite Decision Makers.
  • Should possess strong capabilities in Account and Relationship Management
  • Should be an enterprising person with strong aptitude for business generation.
  • Must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Must possess experience dealing with the US market.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience dealing with Public Sector Agencies in the USA.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
  • M.B.A. or Master's degree (preferred)
