ACCOUNTANT - PAYROLL & BOOKKEEPING

Growing Accounting & Tax prep firm in West Henrico seeking a Skilled Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in public accounting to work with small business clients in a professional environment. Must be highly proficient in Quickbooks Desktop as well as Quickbooks Online. Possess sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills. Health, Dental, Retirement, Paid Holidays and time off

1. Process Payrolls and do quarterly payroll tax reports for multiple clients

2. Prepare end of year W2’s, 1099’s on our software

3. Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks for a wide range of clients

4. Perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently

5. Tax prep skills desired (not required, can train)

6. Communicate effectively with diverse clients.
