Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Richmond, Virginia, United States. The Accounting Clerk will be involved in data processing, maintaining financial records, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role is set in a dynamic environment where the individual will have an opportunity to use a range of skills including Account Reconciliation, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and QuickBooks Enterprise.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process and manage accounts payable and receivable Import and export financial data Maintain and update spreadsheets with financial information Ensure accurate and timely filing of financial documents Use QuickBooks Enterprise and MS Excel to manage financial data Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Handle invoice processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments Use Oracle and SAP tools for data management and financial operations Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Billing procedures Competence in Data Entry tasks Familiarity with Invoice Processing Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle software Proficiency in QuickBooks software Experience with SAP software Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Familiarity with Payable Invoices.
