Description We are looking for a diligent Accounting Specialist to join our team in Reston, Virginia, United States. In this role, you will be providing indispensable support to our accounting team by managing AP, AR, and conducting general accounting functions. This role offers a long term employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Processing and managing invoices in a timely and accurate manner Providing support for accounts payable and accounts receivable operations Assisting in the reconciliation process for financial discrepancies Utilizing accounting software systems such as Sage Intacct and Salesforce to streamline processes Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Performing daily accounting tasks including auditing and billing functions Utilizing ERP-Enterprise Resource Planning to enhance efficiency in accounting processes Managing and monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and Ceridian for efficient financial management Leveraging skills in Concur for expense managementRequirements Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of Ceridian Experience with Concur Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Capable of performing Accounting Functions Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) Auditing skills Ability to manage Billing Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
