Accounts Payable SpecialistJob DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, your core responsibilities will be to code invoices with account numbers, post invoices into the computer system, and generate vendor accounts payable checks. You will also process check requests for Insurance Premium refunds, expense reports for employees, and Monthly Agency Payables (Rent, Cleaning Services, and Loans). Your role will require you to research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies, file paid and pending invoices and statements, organize and match returned paperwork, distribute or mail checks, and process cash disbursements as needed.Skills

2-3 years of AP experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
