The Administrative Assistant (AA) will be responsible for the administrative processing of all the center's clearances

The AA will be tasked with daily communication via phone, email, and video chat between the center's proprietary contacts and the division's operations program in order to maintain a cleared workforce

The AA will submit initial and reinvestigation security processing, as well as continuously monitor and update the center Polygraph Calendar

The AA will review SF86 forms for completion and accuracy before submitting, and will use the several systems to verify clearances, enter secure information, and process billet requests

The AA will need good oral and written communications skills when dealing with our customer

Additionally they will need the ability to give security briefs and provide outstanding customer service

The AA may occasionally be asked to work overtime but these occurences are rare

The position may include CONUS travel

The position is administrative in nature but the AA may be asked to lift materials up to 50 lbs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

The position requires High School Diploma and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Core Hours of the position can be either 7:00am -3:00pm or 8:00am -4:00pm and the expectation is the AA will be punctual

Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own

This position is on customer site

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
