CGI Federal is looking for a Agile Business Analyst with proven experience who can be part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. As a Agile Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI/ML engineers and alongside user experience specialists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to law enforcement users.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts• Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements• Write functional specifications; Lead development of common standards and tools• Assists in operational rollout and support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Secret Security Clearance• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.• Certified Agile Practitioner Certification or equivalent• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analysts or in a similar role.• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency• Knowledge of SAFe Framework• Excellent people skills• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.• Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.

Desired:• Knowledge of ServiceNow Agile Development Toolkit desired.• Experience with Case Management or Records management systems preferred• Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA or TFS
