About the Opportunity

The Federal Reserve System's Agility Center of Excellence (ACE) team has an immediate opening for an Agile/Product Coach, reporting to the Manager of ACE. Join this growing team of Agilists to continue the transformation of practitioners and leaders throughout the Federal Reserve System. This is an exciting time of growth and transformation and we're seeking proactive self-starters to help lead the way.

What You Will Do:
  • Coach teams through observation and feedback as well as through role-based training in Agile and Product Management practices
  • Lead transformation of targeted teams to an Agile way of working
  • Facilitate and support teams in learning, adopting and evolving their agile practices
  • Support development of ACE by leading work streams and working with transformation leaders, peers, and communities of practice to advance our agility
  • Continuously advance business agility through Agile practices and methodologies from Scrum to Design Thinking

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • SAFe SPC5 or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years as Agile/Product Coach
  • Minimum 3 years field experience in delivery in Agile role (PO, RTE, Scrum Master, etc)
  • Experience using Agile tooling (e.g. Rally, Jira, or equivalent)

  • The Richmond, VA hiring range of the Agile/Product Coach is $103k - $129k annually. For candidates not located in Richmond, VA, the salary range may be adjusted for your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience.
