Our ideal candidate will have significant impact in our Modern Delivery team and in our company. You will guide and lead the team through the delivery of software and services, while embracing and promoting the Agile attitude.You will partner with Product Management, Product Owners and others to define the mission value to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. You will also:

  • Establish cadence, facilitate, and drive the agile ceremonies such as: Daily Standup, Sprint and Iteration Planning, Demo, and Retrospective
  • Facilitate impediment removal from the Scrum team
  • Collaborate with the communities of practice and identify and deploy important metrics to enable continuous improvement across the development teams
  • Identify and drive the implementation of process improvements that significantly advance quality of the product
  • Coach Scrum Team on Agile Practices and attitudes
  • Generate Agile mentality in staff and teams through conversations, coaching, and mentoring
  • Support Product Owner and development team on release planning and implementation
  • Foster close cooperation across all team members teams, encourage cross-training and supporting each other.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Certified Scrum Coach (CSM), Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Scrum Coach (PMI-ACP) required
  • At least three years of direct experience in one or more aspects of Information Technology (Software design/ development, IT Architecture or other related IT areas)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Coach/Coach of an Agile delivery team, preferably in a variety of situations including large organizations
  • Hands-on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective facilitation skills
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify effective solutions
  • Effective influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on JIRA tool experience preferred
