Job Description:8-11 Years Experience• Bachelor's degree in computer science, decision support systems (DSS), information engineering, business administration, or other related discipline. Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus.• Experience with hands-on work designing and implementing data integration, and/or business intelligence solutions• Hands-on MicroStrategy report and dashboard development experience; MicroStrategy certification is a plus• Experience with databases with strong SQL and data modelling skills like 3rd normal form and dimensional modelling• Excellent oral and written skills to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and executive level leadership.Some of the activities in this role will include:1) Engage End User Community (40%)• Conduct product workshops or one-on-one sessions to educate customers on product capabilities including hands-on technical support• Understand customer needs and map that to the product functionality (current or desired)• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile data conflicts and provide appropriate communication• Analyze output of system error logs to provide customers with appropriate assistance• Collaborate with other internal Plan facing teams to provide all-around support including training for customers2) Develop strong understanding of the Data Product (30%)• Partner with architecture and solution delivery teams to develop a good understanding of the data product• Prioritize efforts in product backlog that will address customer issues• Develop strong business knowledge to recommend systems and process enhancements to improve data product• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and provide appropriate communication3) Track Data Product Usage (15%)• Define and analyze success metrics of the data products to support end user adoption• Communicate adoption analysis too Solutions Delivery Team to drive backlog prioritizationo Business Change Management and Customer advisories teams to improve customer outreacho Training team to improve customer education4) Capture Business Needs (10%)• Translate business use cases, scenarios and needs and document appropriately in product backlog
