We are a respected apartment management company committed to providing clean, well-maintained homes for our residents. We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Painter to join our maintenance team and help keep our communities looking their best.

The Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces across our apartment communities. This role plays a key part in ensuring units are move-in ready and maintaining high curb appeal for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming

Perform interior and exterior painting of units, common areas, and building structures

Complete touch-ups and repairs as needed during unit turns

Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed on schedule

Assist with light maintenance tasks when needed

Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas

Qualifications

Experience as a professional painter—apartment, residential, or commercial for at least 3 years.

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Good communication and customer-service skills
