Job Title: Application System Analyst (Senior)

Responsibilities:
  • Under general direction, serves as senior subject matter expert in software development and full lifecycle support.
  • Able to set up, configure, and design functional extensions and code to implement applications to meet the desired business process and requirements. Configures and integrates software and modules to meet business needs.
  • Document the detailed requirements, analyze the business needs, code, configure the application, and validate solutions with the business owners.
  • Provide functional support to development team members.
  • Resolve trouble tickets from end users, develop training materials, and deliver formal and informal end-user training on an as-needed basis.

    • Requirements:
  • Experience in creating client-side application interfaces, developing services, and implementing backend for mobile, digital display, kiosk, and web applications using a range of technologies and tools.
  • 8 years of progressive and continuous software development experience, especially software development and its full lifecycle support.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in running business process workshops, presenting, and facilitating links to technical design. Proficient with application table structures, database and report writing tools, integration, and business functions. Accustomed to working in a disciplined system development life cycle (SDLC) environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to elicit and document requirements, provide day to day support of the business users and support month-end close.
  • Experience with Node.js, Angular, application security framework, Ionic, JavaScript Object Notation [JSON], real[1]time databases, Hyper Text Markup Language [HTML5], CSS3, GIT, Web Application Program Interfacing [API], Chrome OS, Drupal, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, Swift, Azure, Google Cloud, SharePoint, O365, GIS, EAM/CMMS, CLMS, PLC and BAS, MUFIDS, CUPPS, IoT, airports systems, SAML2.0, OAuth 2.0, and other Web Authentication and Authorization techniques.
  • Experience in highly sophisticated technologies, such as beacons, IoT, CC, NLP, ML/DL, AI, VR, ANN, and blockchain with conventional mobile, web, PWA, and digital signage systems is a plus.
