SummaryJoin our team in Chantilly, VA!The Asset & Logistics Manager is the primary contact for managing all high-value and sensitive assets belonging to Security SBU. The list includes the Armory Management, Vehicle Fleet Management, and all the Equipment and infrastructure, their inventory, and tracking. This role has an impact on financial performance, government compliance, ABS compliance, operations, and customer experience.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Get To Do:
Responsible for establishing and upkeeping Armory policy
Responsible for keeping an account of weapons and ammunitions belonging to Security SBU
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet operations.
Ensure all transportation assets are inventoried, registered, and brought into compliance with all City, State, and Federal regulations.
Develop and manage the fleet budget, including maintenance costs, fuel expenses, and replacement vehicle acquisitions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or service quality.
Responsible for preparing and analyzing data for upper management presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsYou'll Bring These Qualifications:
Proven experience and a minimum of 3 years of fleet and asset management.
In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, including maintenance practices, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to effectively communicate.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
