Work Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pmREQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience preparing and generating asset management reports.

Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing process changes and improvements.

Demonstrated experience in creating transactions for IT assets between mission partners and accounts.

Demonstrated experience in performing physical inventories of IT assets and conducting IT inventories for decommissions.

Demonstrated experience with IT service delivery tools.

Demonstrated experience performing secure communications Custodian activities and tasks to include but not limited to:o Ordering, issuance, and destruction of encrypted secure device key materialo Rekeying encrypted secure device(s) when requirement ariseso Tracking, inventory, accounting, auditing, and reporting of encrypted secure deviceso Submitting timely acknowledgements of receipt for received encrypted secure deviceso Inspecting all incoming accountable encrypted secure devices pouches for evidence of tamperingo Executing operational procedures and security procedures requires of encrypted secure device custodian

Demonstrated experience with organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience with Sponsor’s IT service delivery tools.

Demonstrated experience with IT service delivery processes.

Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and with all levels of management.

Demonstrated experience with IT Services Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL framework.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Required Experience: 5+ years of related

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Location: McLean, VA - On Customer Site

U.S. Citizenship Required
