This role is responsible for access management responsibilities within IAM and in support of multiple new hire onboarding workstreams. This role will have the additional responsibility for managing other operational processes in support of our All Access application. This role requires an operational and process mindset, to ensure our team is compliant and well-managed, while also being focused on our customers and identifying and driving continuous improvements.General Responsibilities:

Receive new requests to ensure accuracy and completeness, and that appropriate approvals exist to proceed.

Fulfill approved requests through the appropriate operational process, by compliantly completing the request with accuracy and completeness, while keeping the requestor informed of next steps and overall status; exceptional communication skills is a must.

Proven ability to be autonomous and a leader within the team, and solid judgment for when to escalate or create awareness.

Ensure our processes are compliant with existing control expectations, and that monitoring occurs to ensure compliance.

Ensure our processes are extremely well-managed, by leveraging standard process management tools and skillsets, and developing or maintaining documentation for each of our processes.

Produce meaningful metrics to demonstrate process throughput, quality, timeliness, and compliance.

Have a process mindset to identify improvement opportunities.

Be a thought leader who can build a story to secure stakeholder buy-in, and then develop a plan to drive the improvement to end-state.

Able to work in a high-pace environment, with the ability to multitask work of various scope and timelines.

Have an agile mindset, and comfortable shifting between the tactical and strategic priorities.

Foster and develop a collaborative environment among our technical partner teams, as well as with our end-user customers.

Coach the teams on existing processes, and monitor the work of others to ensure compliance, quality, and timeliness

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

At least 2 years of Process Management experience

At least 2 years of experience with Access Management practices

At least 2 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3+ years experience of Process Management experience

1+ years experience with Jira, Confluence or GSuite

Ability to understand business and system processes to make improvement recommendations

Ability to understand complex business and technical scenarios, and able to explain the scenario to others to gain buy-in and support

BPM (Yellow Belt) or Lean certification
