- You will participate in the day to day monitoring of our critical applications.
- You will perform incident management and critical takeover actions to restore service.
- You will raise problem tickets, work collaboratively with other groups to address issues.
- You will participate in the maintenance window, where changes are implemented.
- You will be required to work shift work.
- You will contribute to the evolution of the CMC Messaging team.
- Degree in IT discipline and/or equivalent work experience
- Able to multi task and work under pressure
- Knowledge with Java, Perl and SQL
- Experience with Linux
- Good communication skills in verbal and written English
- Analytical and methodical in problem investigations and approach
- Disciplined and procedure/process oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and be part of a multicultural team
- Work in a team environment.
