Attic Technician/Installer and Drywall Cutter (1099)

Attic Technician/Installer

We are seeking experienced attic workers to drop Cat6 cables to specific locations in the attic of the building. Knowledge of network cabling is a plus.

Drywall Cutter

Cut one Single gang and dual gang holes in drywall for Cabling technicians to install wireless access points.

Tools: drywall saw & power drill and saw bit.

Tools and Transportation:

Attic Installer & Drywall Cutter must provide own tools and transportation. No tools will be supplied.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, depending on the client’s schedule set by the property management team.

Project Duration:

4 to 6 weeks

Compensation:

- (1 position) Lead Attic Technician: $30/hour

- (3 positions) Attic Technician: $23/hour

- (1 Position) Drywall cutter

Pay is scheduled every other week on Fridays.
