Description:Must Have skill sets5-7 years of experience in administering Jira and Confluence both from front end and back end.Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence and all their features.o End-to-End Installing and Configuration of the applications in Linux Environment ( Front End and Back End )o Enabling SSO and Security Configurations SSL, Certs installation, Sessions configurations, SSO.o Ensuring High Availability and optimal overall performance of the tools.Hands-on working on migrating on prem / Data center tools / applications to AWS.Hands-on experience working in AWS Services.:o AWS EC2o Storage : S3, RDS , EBS and related serviceso Networking : ALB, VPC, G/W related serviceso Monitoring : Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SPLUNKo Automation, Lambda, Python or any similar scripting knowledge,o Configurations : Cloud Formations, Config, , Auto Scaling, Service catalog, management services, CLI, CLIo Backup/ Restore: AWS Backupo Elastic File SystemExperience working with DevOps tools specifically with pipeline tools, Gitlab, Jenkins, bitbucket, UCDWorking experience with DevOps or Agile processesAutomations via scripting.Development of solutions extending Atlassian REST services and JIRA/Confluence plugins using the Atlassian SDK.Other AWS services, AWS ECS Fargate, Trusted Advisor (knowledge), Well Architect (knowledge), Organization (knowledge),Integrating Jira and Confluence with other tools.Technical skill sets include : Solid experience inScripting language Python, Shell, GroovyStrong Linux Administration skills - SUSE Linux, AWS LinuxAWS Core Services for Storage, Networking, Monitoring, Configurations, Backup/Restore, AWS CLI, AMIs, AutoScaling,Infrastructure as CodeStrong troubleshooting skills and Performance Optimization TechniquesHands on experience in using Dynatrace, Splunk, Splunk query languageNice to Have Skills:o Formulating technical solutions by using core JIRA, Confluence features and associated plugins.o Understanding of Agile Concepts - Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (preferable )o Hands-on in using the tools from a User perspective - using projects, boards, issues, issue types, jqls, sprints, reports, spaces, pages, gadgets.o Hands-on with Jira Service Management and Administration.Hands-on with using Metrics and Reporting capabilities Out of the box and plugins.Strong troubleshooting skills on these platforms.
