Piper Companies has an exciting Platform Engineer opportunity with an award-winning Global Technical Innovations Organization. The Platform Engineer will be building the cloud infrastructure for government clients as they migrate to the organization's SaaS-based collaboration software. The ideal platform engineer will have a strong background in AWS and DevOps tooling. Candidates must have a TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph in order to be considered
Responsibilities for the AWS Platform Engineer include:- Configure and orchestrate containers
- Automate, Automate, Automate. Learn from prior problems and think about future problems to automate more
- Lead, drive, and implement highly scalable and complex solutions
- At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining AWS Infrastructure
- Expertise with Terraform for configuration management
- Prior experience with Docker, Bitbucket, ELK, and deploying applications to AWS
- Must have a TS/SCI with a CI Poly to be considered
- Salary Range: $160,000-$170,000
