Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and community-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a commission-only role with a $200 weekly gas stipend for the ideal candidate.

The position is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, visiting local businesses, and building lasting partnerships within their community. You’ll represent VirtuAssist and help business owners discover how virtual assistants can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Go business-to-business in your community, introducing VirtuAssist’s services.

Build genuine, long-term relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.

Present how a dedicated virtual assistant can save time and increase efficiency.

Record daily activity, leads, and deals using VirtuAssist’s CRM tools.

Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or in-person visits.

Attend weekly virtual meetings for sales updates and coaching.

Qualifications

Prior B2B sales or relationship-based sales experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.

Must have reliable transportation and smartphone access.

Passionate about helping small businesses grow.

Compensation

Commission-based pay with high earning potential (average active reps earn $50,000–$75,000 per year).

$200 weekly gas stipend for the ideal candidate.
