Brick masons must have basic understanding of the tools of the trade. Apprentices should have the basic tools and be willing to work and learn. This is a on the job training situation. Looking for people with a desire to learn a skilled trade.

The skilled trades labor shortage in the US is driven by an aging workforce retiring without enough young workers to replace them, a cultural shift devaluing vocational careers in favor of college degrees, and a historical decline in vocational education in high schools. This is a great time to learn a trade.
