W2 contract only, no C2COur client is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in gathering and documenting requirements for new projects aimed at updated software packages and cloud enablement. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders from various parts of the organization to understand business needs, analyze existing systems and processes, and translate requirements into actionable plans for the new software packages.Description:Requirements GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for the telecommunication initiative.Conduct interviews and host meetings to understand user needs and preferences.Document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and comprehensive manner.Analysis and DocumentationAnalyze existing telecommunication systems, infrastructure, and processes to identify areas for improvement.Document current state processes, pain points, and gaps in communication systems.Create detailed business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams to visualize requirements.Prepare statements of work/requirements to procure products and/or services meet stakeholders telecommunication needs.Solution EvaluationResearch and evaluate technologies, platforms, and vendors to identify suitable solutions.Assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed telecommunication solutions.Provide recommendations based on analysis and stakeholder input.Requirements ManagementMaintain a requirements traceability matrix to track the alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure proper documentation of changes.Collaborate with project managers and development teams to prioritize and schedule implementation tasks.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure a common understanding of requirements.Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of telecommunication solutions.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
