Experience - 3+ YearsThis is a Part-Time Contract position. It is also Remote.
This position is responsible for the capture, collection and translationof business needs into business requirements from all stakeholders. This position will also analyze and reporton all sourcing related data to include sourcing metrics, cost analysis, market trends and findings etc. Thisposition will function as technical scribe during critical RFP evaluations, negotiations, cross-functionalrequirements building activities etc. This position will develop and implement processes, policies and tools tomanage and ensure consistency in the management of RFP requirements, sourcing documents andstakeholder management across all service towers and promote continuity of operations. This position willalso be responsible for the coordination of all sourcing related activities. This position will workcollaboratively with the platform sourcing specialist, commercial contract managers, VITA service owners andfinancial representatives to ensure consistent requirements documentation and management across servicetowers.Significant experience in data analysis, report writing, requirements development and management, knowledge of and skilled in project management, process and workflow development; ability to work independently with limited supervision; ability to work with all levels of staff and the general public; ability to communicate effectively in both orally and in written form; Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, information systems or related field preferred or a combination of training and experience may substitute for college degree.
