This role will be responsible for leading strategy and execution of affiliate marketing efforts, a critical facet of our rapidly growing digital marketing program.As a Business Analysis Manager, you will bring digital marketing expertise alongside analytical and technical problem solving skills that elevate the affiliate marketing program to the next level while supporting bottom line business growth. This quantitative role is highly cross-functional, working with a variety of different teams across the retail bank.General Responsibilities :

Affiliate marketing channel lead, serve as the go-to affiliate marketing subject matter expert across the retail bank

Ownership of affiliate marketing performance & budgets; monitor and manage campaigns to meet business goals and KPIs for our portfolio of bank products

Lead the prioritization and development of tactical roadmap and testing agenda to drive profitable channel growth while supporting broader business priorities and OKRs

Analyze and develop data-driven insights; synthesize and frame into storytelling deliverables to share out program wins and learnings with internal stakeholders

Directly manage agency partners, ensuring operational and executional excellence as it relates to affiliate campaign management

Build relationships with publishing partners to negotiate costs and unlock new testing opportunities

Represent affiliate channel for bi-annual planning process; validate and provide input into briefing and ensure tactical pull through

Stay up to date with industry trends; recommend new opportunities to drive innovation while remaining compliant with the changing legal and regulatory environment

Partner cross-functionally with analytics, data science, ad tech, creative, product, legal, and compliance teams to gain buy-in and drive results.

Coach and mentor junior associates on the team

Results Oriented: Display a clear focus on achieving both short term and long term goals when working in the white space

Strong executive communication skills: Ability to build presentation materials and cohesive documentation that has equal impact when read as standalone or presented in a meeting environment

Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics; loves leveraging data to tell stories

Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 2 years of experience in analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

5+ years of experience in analysis

2+ years of experience in financial services

1+ year of experience in consulting

2+ years of experience in people management
