- Provide operational support to client team. Learn the industry from the ground up, starting with the administrative aspects and transitioning into specific areas.
- Serve as a liaison between various teams within the company.
- Perform management and/or project support work, such as planning, research, analysis, correspondence control, communication, and/or special projects.
- Assist and support manager in supporting employees.
- Maintaining team member personnel information, including payroll processing, updating personnel files/binders and training records
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Championing the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process
- Perform standard and ad hoc reporting for management.
- Prepares slide presentations and other documents and materials -including letters, memos, papers, speeches, proposals, outlines and forms. Transcribes correspondence as directed. Prepares copies of all documents for distribution
- Assist with planning and management of DC area company events.
- File and record administration
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related military experience; OR 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative/office management/executive
- A minimum of 4 years administrative support experience with at least 2 years of office manager support experience.
- At least 2 year of experience using MS Office, with strong Excel skills (formulas, conditional formatting, functions, etc.)
- Knowledge of office technologies, such as scanning, networking, communication software, video conferencing such as TEAMS and ZOOM. Demonstrated comfort with IT communication systems.
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools, including using MS SharePoint to collaboratively develop and route correspondence.

- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - can communicate with all levels.
