Learn more here > Job Description: Help a government customer redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the customer’s Shared Service platform. Responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management.Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the work of business architecture design project teams

Design and implement new organization structures

Conceptual design and development of training curricula

Assist an organization translate its vision and strategy into core human resource and business processes

Lead clients through streamlining, reengineering and transforming business processes

Develop and execute project budgets

Here's what you need:

5 years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis, or business process redesign

2 years of experience managing projects including schedule, and risk management

2 years experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts

2 years experience working proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions.

Bachelors degree

Bonus points if you have:

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt minimum)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Security Clearance:

An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start
