We are building a disciplined, metric-driven insurance call operation in Virginia Beach. We want experienced call center professionals, especially high performers ready to level up.

WORK LOCATION
- This role starts 100% in-office in Virginia Beach
- Remote may be considered only after goals are consistently met and you prove you can work independently without supervision
IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE APPLYING
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
- Your first 30–60 days are probationary
- Performance, attendance, coachability, and compliance are evaluated closely
- This is a production role, not a training role
TRAINING & CALL FLOW
- There is NO paid training
- You are put on the phones immediately
We provide:
- All leads
- Outbound and inbound dial systems
- Scripts, compliance framework, and call structure
If you need hand-holding or extended ramp time, this is not the role for you.
LICENSING (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- We provide a $300 scholarship covering the required licensing course
- You are responsible for state-required fees, including:
Licensing exam fee ($35)
Fingerprinting & background check ($35)
State license application fee ($15)
Total out-of-pocket cost: approximately $85–$90
You must pass the exam and obtain your license within 30 days
This role requires personal investment and urgency.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- High-volume inbound and outbound insurance calls
- Following strict compliance scripts
- Booking, qualifying, and advancing conversations
- Working inside dialers, CRMs, and call-center systems
- Hitting daily and weekly performance metrics
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Previous call center experience (required)
- Ability to work full days on the phone
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability
- Reliable transportation (in-office requirement)
- Professional phone presence
- Comfort on recorded and monitored lines
- No felony convictions
- Verifiable professional references
