Camera Car/Spotter Supervisor

(M-F Daytime shift, off on weekends and specific holidays)

Role and Responsibilities:

Camera Car/Spotter Driver Supervisor are former camera car drivers that have demonstrated superior performance in their role. Leading a team of up to 4 camera car Drivers, the supervisor is responsible and accountable for the performance of the entire team. A significant portion of the compensation is determined by the performance of the team. The team leader is expected to support, train, coach, and assist their team members to ensure meeting the goals and objectives assigned.

Requirements:

Have been a Camera Car/Spotter Driver for at least one year, with average weekly performance ranked in top 25% company-wide
