DSA is looking to add an experienced Capture Manager to our Business Development Team and be able to commute for customer meetings. The DSA office is located in Fairfax Va; selected candidates may requested to attend local meetings or customer meetings that require travel.The responsibilities of DSA's Capture Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate across the organization including business development, operations, human resources, and solution architects to optimize DSA pursuit positioning.
  • Develop selected opportunities to maximize win probabilities through oversight of bid strategies, pricing, teaming, customer domain knowledge, emerging technology trends, and proposal strategies.
  • Manage and collaborate the transition from opportunity detection to contract wins.
Requirements include:
  • Familiarity with the Shipley process; SHIPLEY certified preferred.
  • CCM certified preferred
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience supporting DOD capture efforts with preference for proven wins within the U.S. Army PEOs
  • DOD clearance is preferred and must be willing to go through a minimum of a Secret Clearance.
