Caretaker / Groundsman - Housing Exchanged For Part Time For Church

Fishnet Ministries Church is a smoke-free, drug-free, pet-free environment. The 17 acre campus is located in northern Warren County.

Caretaker/Groundsman applicant must have experience in mowing grass, weed whipping, shrub trimming, building maintenance, custodial services, snow shoveling and operational skills on a tractor with snow blade and bushhog, zero-turn mower and snow blower.

Good organizational and mechanical skills are needed for maintaining tools, equipment and maintenance priorities in a safe and clean manner. Snow removal must be high priority in the winter for daily administration and church services.

Applicant must present a neat appearance and place a high priority on honesty.

Applicant must have own reliable transportation.

This is a part-time position requiring 23 hours per week in exchange for a two bedroom, two bath mobile home located on site. Water, sewer, trash and electricity will be provided.

Sunday morning duties (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) will include preparing the worship center for incoming parishioners.

The hours of work have some flexibility and will be discussed at the time of the interview.
