LOCATION: McLean, VA (remote now but onsite later)

DESCRIPTION:We are searching for a highly innovative Salesforce Developer to join our team at McLean, VA.As a professional salesforce developer of the development team, the Individual would execute to the solution delivery of issues as well as complex enhancements working alongside the technical lead in the team. The individual would champion technology and tools changes that improve delivery processes. Work collaboratively with other open minded, technology savvy and dedicated team members. We need you to use your experience and success in working with the technical teams to shift to a modern execution model.You will be a key executor to the team, driving full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices using Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years developing in the salesforce platform
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms
  • Certified Salesforce Developer (advance certifications preferred)
  • CI/CD knowledge - Autorabit or similar tools
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages
  • Clear understanding of software development methodologies
  • Good communication skills.
