Job Description: The Change Management Practitioner will require a clinical background and will be responsible for, but not limited to: leading the development of presentations to support deployment activities; facilitate and conduct clinical workflow gap analysis; assess stakeholder adoption readiness and propensity for change through change management facilitation tools; lead clinical workflow driven change discussions with key stakeholders, provide status reports to leadership; lead super user meeting agenda development and call facilitation.

Candidates must have: Business acumen Strong client interaction skills Be self-starters Possess strong critical thinking skills Practical knowledge of change management methodology Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communications Willingness to travel Experience with ERP, EHR, SAP or other IT large system implementation; military background; Cerner or EPIC EHR systems is a plus.

General Responsibilities:Coordinates employee transfers, new hire onboarding, conducts interviews/screenings, and provides employee counseling for corrective actions and performance improvements.Identifies Subcontractor Needs, Subcontractor PWS Compliance Process, Subcontractor Task Order creation and revisions.Maintains timekeeping compliance to include accurate time charging, timecard corrections, charge code management, generating timekeeping reports for Accounting & Finance, and reviewing program-related AP invoices.Performs charge authorization maintenance and labor category requirement management.Manages any program Risks or Delivery Issues from an ASM perspective working with Delivery Operations to either resolve or madidate the risk and/or issue.Ensures Project setup in resource and project tracking tools are completed, as well as verifies IWA and IWO establishment.Solicits OPRs/Job Descriptions and determines ASM LCATs and mappings to Rate Card.Functions collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team and performs effectively as a member of a program team.Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, client, and other departments involved in the project.Oversees, directs, and mentors subordinate staff; communicates job expectations and enforces organizational policies, procedures and core values; responsible for recruiting staff, approving timecards, and conducting performance reviews and disciplinary measures.Ensures that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.Accountable for managing weekly, monthly, and annual operational cadence meetings to review operation and associated delivery requirements.Reviews quantitative/qualitative human resources market data. Provides consultation on important trend information and makes recommendations for project recruitment efforts.Participates in the proposal process and contributes to critical milestones in the proposal process including storyboards, proposal technical approach, proposed staffing, and content development discussions, ensuring all deadlines are met.Reviews and understands the solicitation documents (draft, final, Q&A, amendments, etc.) and assists with developing key proposal artifacts.Supports the business development department by doing data analysis, data consolidation, running meetings, helping capture managers access resources and driving the administrative activities related to business development.

Minimum QualificationsMust be a U.S. CitizenBachelor's degree7+ years of Change Management and Content Development experience7+ years of experience in with Electronic Health Records, preferably CernerExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Experience implementing large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR)/ Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemsPMP preferred

Other Job Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical staff and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization and with customers. Experience interfacing with parent company project leads and managers to understand staffing requirements. A polished, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience working on government contracts. Must be capable of working in an environment that is demanding, sometimes stressful and requires independent thinking, problem resolution and responsible actions with minimal direct oversight by senior management. Ability to interview, screen, and evaluate candidates on common competencies/criteria to ensure a fair selection process. Technical understanding for the project(s) assigned. Ability to manage and lead others. Strong organizational and time/task management skills. Requires the ability to provide support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively build and maintain positive work relationships with geographically dispersed staff.
