Timmons Group is currently seeking a Cityworks Project Manager to join our Asset Management Group working remotely. Our Asset Management team works to deliver Enterprise Asset Management solutions that solve challenges for our water, wastewater, storm water, gas, electric, and public works clients.The Project Manager works with our clients to understand their business activities, workflows, and needs on multiple levels (from a technical, functional, practical, and end-user perspective).  The Project Manager must be a highly engaging individual who will work with creative and technical team members to plan, develop, test, and deliver awesome solutions through an iterative methodology. The Project Manager works with project teams to solve problems, who take ownership of tasks, and are willing to ask questions and share opinions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Manage client relationshipsPlan and manage changes to project scope, resources and scheduleMaintain consistent communication with our clientsCollaborate with Business Analyst to define the scope of work, business requirements and project deliverables by understanding client needsWork with project team members to identify work required to achieve project deliverablesPrepare and manage timeline of project milestones and deliverablesIdentify resources required to achieve project deliverablesCreate, maintain and report project status to teams and to stakeholdersManage project risks and issuesCoordinate the planning and execution of tasks and projectsEnsure quality standards and profitability targets for projects are met Provide superior customer service and ensure all tasks and projects are managed to client satisfactionManage client expectations with estimated costs and turnaround timeFacilitate and coordinate project transition to the support phase with delivery team and support clientsAssist with proposals and RFP responsesParticipate in scope negotiations that includes scope, fee and scheduleMaintain project monthly billingProvide consulting services to aide in the completion of project deliverablesProvide mentoring/coaching to team members and clients on delivery processCoordinate with business partners on a regular basisQualificationsSkills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:Must possess excellent communication skills internally and with ClientsAbility to be creative, open minded and organized.Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback to both teams and individuals.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.Ability to delegate tasks and provide direction as needed.Ability to constantly gather feedback about our project delivery process, evaluate it, and incorporate changes based upon it if needed.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree required in related field.4-8 years of experience in technical project deliveryTechnical knowledge on GIS and Cityworks AMS and/or PLL required Industry experience in utilities and/or local government a plus
